- Location: richmond, TX, United States
I am a very industrious person, love to do my art, am always busy but I do like to relax and watch idiot tv with my knitting. Knitting is meditation for me. I have lived in Alberta Canada, New Jersey,and England and I have travelled as far as Yugloslavia, Norway and as far north as the Beaufort sea, as well as Alaska. I have mushed dogs and rode the subways of New York. (not at the same time ha ha) I am independant; I love my home and live in an old renovated cottage with a big lot and many trees. I am quite spiritual and I think it reflects in my art and gardening. Currently, I am working as a teachers assistant with juvenile children. I have a dog called DIAMOND, 2 roosters and 17 chickens. I love chickens ;)

LOL!!! hilarious and really sweeet!! hey until late last year i used to have a chicken as a pet too, bought her as a small yellow chick, and she grew up into an adorable little hen, and utterly attached to me!! following me evrywhere i went, and LOVED to be hand fed by me!
well, she used to be left free on the terrace, and sadly the whole place used to get pretty messy... i didnt have the heart to keep her cooped up in a cage, so i had to gift her to a friend who lives on a farm with LOTS of space and greenery...
though i miss her much, i'm happy she's that she's now iving a free and natural life amidst nature :)
nina, can i use your pics as inspiration to do a few toons..??
